The program starts effective this 20th day of November 2023 and ends on 31st day of December 31, 2024.Summa Management Group Inc. (the "Payer") agrees to pay 10% referral fees for each referral received and verified. This program is effective for all new clients (person or corporation that has not been our client before November 20, 2023).
1.   The Referrer will receive a commission of 10% from each invoice for our services paid by referred customer on amount before GST/HST (Net amount of invoice) until December 31, 2024.
2.   The Referrer's compensation will be payable at the beginning of the month following of each Quarter while this Program is in force starting in January 2024 for the referrals received from November 20, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The Payer may issue to the Referrer's T4A form required by law if compensation exceeds $500 for a calendar year. Commissions received shall be reported on Referrer’s personal tax return.
3.   This Program is effective from November 20, 2023 until December 31, 2024.
4.   This Program is not an Employment Agreement, and Payer and Referrer has no Employer-Employee Relationships.
5.   Referral program rewards do not count for referrals that may have been made prior to the launch of the Program.
6.   Your friends or colleagues who have been referred will receive 10% discount for our services  when they receive an invoice on their first purchase.
